Herring salad

2 eggs

3 tablespoons of vinegar

margarine

1 teaspoon mustard

sugar

Herring is well soaked. Then, remove the entrails and purified. Then cut lengthwise and then also diced, but not too finely. Finely chopped onion fried in margarine.
