Herring salad in Danish
Need for ssgata: 1-2 pickled herring, 2 apples, 2 potatoes, 2 onions, 2 eggs, green onions
For the sauce: 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 2 egg yolks, 1 teaspoon mustard, cream, sugar, black pepper, salt.
Herring soaked, cleaned and cut into slices. Peeled apples, boiled potatoes and onion cut into small cubes. Boiled eggs. Proteins boiled eggs cut. All washed down with stirring and seasoning. To prepare the dressing of olive oil mixed with vinegar, mashed yolks, salt, pepper, sugar, mustard and cream.
Salad sprinkled with chopped onions.
