Herring with vinegar and olive oil
300 g herring salted
300 g boiled vegetables
100 g pickles
50 g capers
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vinegar 3%
greens
Too salty herring pre-soak for 3 hours in cold water.
Gut the fish, remove the skin, cut it lengthwise, remove the ridge.
To put together 2 halves, put on an oblong plate.
Obliquely cut into portions each half, to make the tail and head back to the fish.
Combine vinegar, vegetable oil, stir, sprinkle the fish.
Finely chop green onions, sprinkle herring, put on the sides boiled vegetables, pickles and capers.
Before serving herring with vinegar and olive oil can also decorate with berries cranberries.
