Skewers of mackerel with banana

800 g mackerel fillets with skin

100 g bacon

2 banana

? orange

black pepper

salt

To prepare the sauce:

1 mango

1 onions

2 tbsp. lemon juice

2 tbsp. chopped cilantro

Cut fish fillet strips, add salt and pepper, turn the rolls.

Cut into thin plastics bacon.

Bananas cut into slices, drizzle with orange juice, wrap bacon.

Strung on skewers fish and banana rolls, alternating.

Cook the skewers on the grill until tender.

Preparation of sauce: cut the mango in half, remove the seeds, peel, cut into slices of the flesh, the rest cubes, finely chop the onion.

Combine onion, cilantro, lemon juice, mango, pepper and salt.

Before serving, put the skewers of mackerel with banana on a plate, drizzle with sauce, arrange slices of mango and orange.
