800 g mackerel fillets with skin
100 g bacon
To prepare the sauce:
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
Cut fish fillet strips, add salt and pepper, turn the rolls.
Cut into thin plastics bacon.
Bananas cut into slices, drizzle with orange juice, wrap bacon.

Cook the skewers on the grill until tender.
