Pork with banana
4 servings:
500 g pork fillet
salt, freshly ground black pepper
30 g ghee
400 g 1 mango (about )
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 the chilli chilli
600 g 4 bananas (about )
12 pieces of bacon
1/2 bunch of cilantro
Pork with salt and pepper and fry on all sides in hot melted butter. Add 125 ml of water, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Then remove from the pan and wrap in aluminum foil.
Mango peel, flesh cut from the bones, cut into small pieces, add salt, ground black pepper and be done with blender puree. The chilli pod cut in half, seeds removed, flesh finely chop and mix with mashed potatoes. Bananas, peel and wrap slices of bacon. Fry in a pan without fat for 2-3 minutes on each side. Pepper. Pork cut into pieces and put on a plate together with bananas and mashed mango. Sprinkle with cilantro.
