Tuna salad with tomatoes and bananas
For the recipe You will need:
200 g figure
salt
600 g canned tuna
2 PCs tomatoes
2 PCs banana
2 tbsp. lemon juice
5 tbsp. vinegar
ground black pepper - to taste
powder sweet paprika - to taste
8 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Wash rice, add water (about 1.5 cups of salted water), bring to boil and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes. Ready rice crisp cool by having the dish. Drain the juice from tuna, divide the fish into pieces. With tomatoes, remove the skin, cut the flesh into cubes. Bananas cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
For the sauce, mix the vinegar, salt, pepper and paprika powder. Whisking, to enter into a mixture of vegetable oil.
Add the dressing to cooled rice, tuna, tomatoes and bananas. Put it on 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Before serving, garnish with parsley.
