Tuna salad with tomatoes and banana
Required products:
200 g figure
salt - to taste
600 g tinned tuna
2 PCs tomatoes
2 PCs bananas
2 tbsp. lemon juice
5 tbsp. vinegar
ground black pepper
paprika
8 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. parsley chopped
The rice cook on low heat for about 15 minutes. Cool and put on a dish.
Drain the juice from tuna, divide the fish into pieces.
Tomatoes, pour boiling water, peel, remove seeds and cut into cubes.
Bananas, peel and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
For the sauce, mix the vinegar, salt, pepper, paprika. Whisking to enter in a mixture of vegetable oil. Mix with the cooled rice, tuna, tomatoes and bananas. Put it on 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
