Salad with cabbage, hazelnut and mango
400 g cabbage
50 g hazelnut
1 mango
2-3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
black pepper
salt
Finely shred the cabbage, salt, knead with your hands.
Peel the mango, the seeds removed, flesh cut into small cubes.
Grind the hazelnuts and mix it with oil, mustard, vinegar, pepper and honey.
Combine cooked mixture with mango and cabbage, stir.
Served a salad with Kale, hazelnut and mango with rye bread.
