Skewers of pork loin on the bone in Armenian
1 kg Lamb loin on the bone
2 onions
1 lemon
ground black pepper
salt
Loin cut across the width of the bones in pieces, pepper and salt, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Lemon peel grate, chop onion, add all the meat, stir and leave for 7-8 hours in a cool place for marinating.
Skewered marinated meat on skewers for 2-3 pieces, fry, periodically lubricating mutton fat, over hot coals.
Garnish with skewers of pork loin on the bone in Armenian eggplant, roasted on skewers, fresh herbs, lemon slices and mutton fat, cut into pieces.
