Armenian "Basturma"
600 g flesh beef
0.5 glass wine vinegar
2 grenade
2 Grapefruit
2 onions
2 green onions
1 beam parsley
1 lemon
ground black pepper
salt
Cut the beef into pieces of 30-40 g, pepper and salt.
Onions cut into rings, add the meat, sprinkle with vinegar and remove all the marinade in the fridge for 5-6 hours.
Skewered meat on skewers, fried skewers over the coals.
As a side dish to the Armenian "Basturma" submit pomegranate seeds, slices of grapefruit, herbs and green onions, lemon.
