2 kg pork (neck)
3 cloves of garlic
2 onions
150 g sauce tkemali
seasoning for barbecue

Cut the meat into large chunks, each pieces should be streaks of fat. Excess fat should be cut into small pieces and lay between pieces of meat during cooking.
Twist in a meat grinder garlic and onion, put the meat in the pot, add seasonings, sauce, onion and garlic, stir hands, not salt.
Leave the meat to marinate overnight.

Turn the skewers on the other side only when one side crust browns.
