1 kg veal
1 tbsp. ground coriander
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
3 tbsp. the pomegranate seeds
Meat cut into pieces, salt and pepper, add the sliced onions. Coriander mixed with vinegar and pour marinade over meat and onions, all thoroughly. Marinate for 12-14 hours. Meat (without onions) prick on skewers and grill over hot charcoal until cooked. Ready kebab sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
