1 kg beef fillet
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. honey
4 cloves garlic
3 cm ginger root
2 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. turmeric
1 tbsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. chili powder
For the marinade clear, pass through the press the garlic, peel and RUB on a grater ginger.
Mix soy sauce with butter, lemon juice, sugar, ginger, garlic, coriander, turmeric, Chile.
Wash the meat, cut it into pieces for soup, put in the prepared marinade, remove the chill at least 2 hours, covered with cling film.
Lower wooden skewers for 20-25 minutes in cold water.
To thread the meat on skewers and fry on each side for 3-5 minutes on the grill, cover with foil.
Rinse and dry the pears, cut in half, put on a baking tray, mix hot water with honey to coat the pears and bake them in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or 5-7 minutes on the grill.
Serve skewers of beef with pear, put pears on a plate next to the meat.
