Pastrami beef with honey and soy sauce
1,5 kg lean beef
Marinade:
4,5 glass water
3-5 Bay leaves
3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. coarse salt
1,5 tsp. peppercorn
Glaze:
3-4 garlic cloves
3 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. sweet paprika
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. black pepper
Meat stripped off, rinse, Pat dry, remove fat, cut into 2 pieces, each cut "by the book".
All of the marinade ingredients to make the marinade, Paramonov peppercorns in a coffee grinder.
Pour cooked meat marinade, wrap with cling film, to remove at night in the fridge.
For the glaze garlic put through a press, to combine with the other ingredients for the glaze.
To get the meat from the marinade, rinse, Pat dry with a napkin to cover with icing, leave on for 2-3 hours, then wrap both "books" separately in tight rolls, tie them with a thread, put into the refrigerator for another day.
Cooked pastrami beef with honey and soy sauce in a preheated 180 degree oven lined with foil the pan before cooking the rolls need to pour glaze and top to cover with foil tightly.
