Baked in a honey glaze pork
1,5 kg pork tenderloin
6 tbsp. honey
4 tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
black pepper
salt
The oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
Mix the mustard, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper and salt, put the meat in a baking dish, pour the glaze evenly to distribute.
Preparing baked in a honey glaze pork for approximately 60 minutes (to test the readiness of meat, you can use a kitchen thermometer - the temperature should be 70 degrees).
Before serving the meat should be removed from the oven and leave for 10 minutes
