Pork fillet with honey-mustard sauce
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
3 tbsp. the pure honey
150 ml dry cider
4 pork fillet weight
200 g salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 190C. Mix together the mustard, honey and cider in a bowl. Using a sharp knife, remove all the fat from the fillet and good RUB with salt and pepper. Place the pork in a baking dish, top, pour the resulting sauce and cook until soft and fully cooked through, about 25-30 minutes. (Prepared meat should not be pink inside).
