Pork chops in honey peanut sauce
100-120 g 2 pork chops (about 1 cm thick and weighing each)
3 tbsp. flour

1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. chopped pecans
Gently tenderize the meat. In bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper. From all sides, roll in flour chops. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the butter and fry in it chops for 3-5 minutes on each side or until such time as eye-catching meat juices will not become transparent. Transfer from the pan and keep on a plate in a warm place. Oil, which was roasting the meat, add the honey and chopped nuts, good warm up. Pour the resulting sauce chops and immediately serve.
