Chops of beef in French
600 g thick edges pulp beef (loin of veal)
0,5 glass vegetable oil
1 garlic clove
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
1 tbsp. mustard powder
Chop the meat into pieces, repel, pepper and salt.
Pass through a garlic press to connect it with mustard, honey and mayonnaise.
Lubricate the sauce each piece of meat, a day to stand in the refrigerator.
Fry chops need on low heat in vegetable oil until tender, then pour over the melted butter.
