Veal chops with cheese breadcrumbs
600 g veal
3 eggs
5 tbsp. flour

100 g cheese
2 garlic cloves
salt, pepper, vegetable oil
Tenderloin cut across the grain, repel, salt and pepper. Beat eggs, adding a little salt. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Each piece of meat breaded in flour, then dip in egg and coat in breadcrumbs cheese. In a skillet heat the oil and fry the garlic. When the garlic turns Golden, it must be removed and fry the breaded chops in garlic butter until Golden brown. Chops ready to put on paper towel to remove excess fat.
Cook these chops better in the pan with non-stick coating, breading before frying lightly press into the meat.
