Lamb chops on the bone
lamb chops ribs : 500 gr
Fresh parsley: 3 / 4 Cup, chopped
Fresh rosemary leaves: 2 tbsp, chopped
Olive oil: 3 / 4 Cup + 2 tablespoons
Garlic: 4 cloves, crushed
Salt
Pepper
Balsamic sauce: 4 tablespoons
Beat the meat on the bone, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet.
Sear the lamb until Golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side. Start to cook from the other side, where more fat.
