Chop-bavarski
4 pork chops, 1 cm thick
2 tbsp. flour

1 tsp. butter
0,5 glass chopped green onions
2 crushed cloves of garlic
200 g mushrooms
0,5 tsp. thyme
200 g beer at room temperature
salt, freshly ground black pepper to taste
chopped parsley
Chops lightly roll in flour. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, brown the chops on both sides. Put on a plate. In a pan, add green onions, garlic, thyme and mushrooms, cut into slices. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, until soft onions. Return the chops to the pan, pour in the beer, bring to the boil, then reduce heat, cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with pasta or potatoes, sprinkle with parsley.
