Ribs in mustard-honey marinade
Summer - time fruit and vegetables. But, option-food vegan isn't for everyone. My husband bring the meat, and you think, too. And not only to her husband. Pork chops - the dish is not diet, but very tasty. To cook the same is not in my spirit, therefore, the experiments led me to a rather interesting and piquant taste.
No spices in this recipe will not do. Even if you do not like them, put, you will not regret! Soy sauce also gave a special flavor and extra flavour. Ingredients:
- 1 kg pork ribs
- 1 C. L. soy sauce
- 1 C. L. honey
- 1 C. L. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. hops suneli
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Pork ribs is advisable to prepare fresh, not after freezing. Still, it plays an additional role in the taste.
Method of preparation:
The meat is thoroughly washed, cut into serving pieces.
In prepared meat, lined in a deep bowl, pour soy sauce.
Put the required amount of mustard and honey.
Don't forget about the pepper, salt, dried herbs. Meat thoroughly mixed, cover the bowl with cling film sent in the fridge to marinate. My time there was very little meat soak in the refrigerator only for an hour, but it was stunning. The longer the product will lie in the marinade, the tastier it will.
The pan is heated, put the ribs, fry on all sides until Golden brown.
Serve meat with fresh salad, your favorite vegetables. For those who like to eat thoroughly - young boiled potatoes would be a great addition.
