Spicy pork ribs in soy sauce
Pork ribs is truly a delicacy. This meat product you can prepare many delicious dishes for the daily menu, so on the holiday table! You can cook from ribs soup, saute stew, and you can eat yourself. It is the last option I you and offer to cook. Today we'll ribs fried in soy sauce and red wine. It is a delightful dish, to abandon all of which just unreal!
The ribs can be bought in any supermarket, but I recommend to buy it from the farmer, then the meat will be fatter, juicier and tastier. Perhaps it is a little expensive, but it will be all worth it.

Ingredients:
- Pork ribs - 1,5 kg
- Onions - 1 PCs
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Red wine - 100 g
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
- Nutmeg - 0,5 tsp.
- Lard or vegetable oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper
Method of preparation:
Ribs wash, cut excess fat and send it to bake in the preheated pan on the lard or vegetable oil. Fry for about 5 minutes over high heat until Golden in color.
Meanwhile, peel, swill and cut onions and garlic, which will ship to roast the meat.
Will progaram all together about 10 minutes, then add red wine, soy sauce, we shall season with salt, pepper and fry until to evaporate red wine. You will take about 5 minutes.
Then put the ribs in a bowl and immediately served to the table, not allowing them to cool.
