Ribs with spicy potatoes
500 g ribs (Ovine)
500 g peeled potatoes
4 cloves of garlic
rosemary
ground black pepper
salt
Cut the ribs on the bone with meat, rub the mixture passed through a press garlic, rosemary, pepper, salt and vegetable oil, leave for an hour.
Put ribs on a baking sheet, place in oven.
Slice the potatoes slices, brush with the same mixture as the ribs, with the exception of rosemary, put on a baking sheet, place in a preheated 170 degree oven for about 45 minutes.
Served ribs with spicy potatoes with red dry wine.
