Pork ribs with potato wedges
1 kg spareribs
1 kg Potato
2 cloves of garlic
green onions
parsley
dill
ground black pepper
salt
Cut off the excess fat from ribs, melt it on a cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
Rib chop and fry in fat over high heat until golden brown, to shift into the pan for baking.
Peel the potatoes, coarsely chopped, fry until golden brown over high heat in a frying pan, where the grilled ribs, to pass them on the baking sheet.
Pepper and salt, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic and roast ribs with potato wedges at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes until cooked in a preheated oven.
Before serving on the New Year's table ribs with potatoes shift in a large dish and sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs.
