Sausages in honey and mustard sauce

6-8 sausages

For the sauce:

2 garlic cloves

? glass water

4 tbsp. soy sauce

3 tbsp. honey

1 tbsp. mustard

1 tbsp. mushroom or onion soup powder

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

pinch of white pepper

All the ingredients for the cooking sauce to the pan, stir and cook over low heat while stirring for about 5 minutes, then place in a pan of sausages, boil all 10-15 minutes

Served sausages in honey and mustard sauce with a side dish of rice or potatoes.
