Potato salad with sausages picnic
500 g young potatoes
30 g pickles
10 sausages
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. shnit-Luke
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. grainy mustard
1 a pinch of sugar
Sausages to cook according to the instructions, cut into pieces with a width of 1.5 cm
Boil potatoes, cut into thick slices, cucumbers finely chopped, add the sausage, stir.
In a bowl mix the remaining ingredients, whisking all whisk, add seasoning to taste, add in the cooked filling salad, stir.
To make potato salad with sausages picnic better soaked, it should add to the dressing and not dressing in the salad.
