Chicken in mustard-honey sauce
4 pieces of chicken
1 garlic clove
? lemon (juice)
? glass honey
? glass mustard beans
? tsp. salt
? tsp. paprika
? tsp. red pepper
? tsp. Cayenne pepper
Chop the garlic and mix with all the spices, then mix with honey and mustard, and lemon juice.
4-5 tbsp. of the sauce aside in a separate bowl, pour the rest of the chicken, leave on for 45 min at room temperature.
To cook the chicken followed on the grill or in the pan, frying on each side for 6-8 minutes
Before serving the chicken in mustard-honey sauce poured deferred sauce.
