Chicken with fruit and mustard mixture
2 pcs. chicken breast without skin
70 g mustard
120 g honey
45 g cream
30 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show
2 butter - tablespoons
1/2 salt - teaspoon
1/4 pepper - teaspoon
2 pcs. kiwi

Mix the mustard, honey and cream. Separate half of the mixture.
Salt and pepper chicken breast, dip in mustard mixture. Leave in the marinade for 30 minutes.
Heat the oil over medium heat. Remove the breasts from the marinade and fry until cooked.
Cut the breasts into thin slices.
Peel the kiwi from the skin and cut into thin slices.
Place the sliced chicken, grapes and kiwi slices on a platter.
To the remaining mustard mixture, add the mayonnaise. Preheat over medium heat.
Pour mustard sauce chicken.
