Chicken drumsticks with honey-drunken sauce
200 ml beer
100 ml vegetable oil
10 chicken drumsticks
5-6 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. seasoning for chicken
? lemon (juice)
salt
The rinse chicken, Pat dry.
Melt the honey, mix with lemon juice, beer, seasoning for chicken, garlic, vegetable oil, salt, marinate in a mixture of chicken drumsticks at least an hour.
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees, put the chicken drumsticks on a baking sheet, cook for 30-40 minutes until tender, turning occasionally.
Before serving on the Christmas table, put the chicken drumsticks with honey-drunken sauce on a flat dish and decorate with greens.
