Sharp-sweet chicken drumsticks
120 g peach-apricot jam
50 ml balsamic vinegar
8 chicken drumsticks
1 h. l. grated fresh ginger
1 pinch of red pepper
salt
Put the grill on medium heat to warm up.
Finely grate the ginger, mix with jam, pour the vinegar, stir until smooth, pour marinade over chicken drumsticks.
Put tibia grill or fry in a pan or bake in the oven legs.
Grilled spicy-sweet chicken drumsticks ready for 25-30 minutes, 10 minutes before end of cooking smear legs remaining marinade.
