Braised chicken legs
4 pcs. chicken legs
1 onions - head
1 Art. l. corn starch
1 Art. l. soy sauce sharp
100 g tomato sauce
5 Art. l. vegetable oil
salt
sugar - to taste

Drumsticks rinse, cover with water and bring to a boil, remove the foam. Boil for 5 minutes, ready legs dry.
Onions cleaned, cut into half rings and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Add tomato sauce, sugar, salt, soy sauce, pour 2 cups of water, diluted with a little water starch and mix well. Pour the sauce and simmer for a leg over low heat for 30 minutes.
