Cabbage with sausages-Westphalia
500 g Brussels sprouts
4 sausages
1 egg
1 glass milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. wheat flour
nutmeg
Cabbage washed, put in a pan, pour water, salt, 15 min boil, cover with the lid.
Sausage finely chopped.
With cabbage, drain the broth, leaving about a quarter.
The oven to heat up to 220 degrees.
1 tbsp butter to fry the flour, gradually add broth and milk, stirring to make the sauce, boil 5 minutes, remove from heat, beat the egg, sugar, spice, salt and nutmeg.
Put the cabbage into the pan, add the sausage, stir, pour the sauce.
Next cabbage with sausages-Westphalian baked in the oven for 15 minutes and served to the table.
