Sauted cabbage
100 g cabbage
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. semolina
? boiled eggs
crackers
vegetable oil
sour cream
Cabbage finely chop, add milk, continue cooking until tender, covered, then add in the semolina stirring, boil for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Egg finely chop, add to the cabbage and mix.
Put the cabbage mixture into the mold, greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, spread sour cream.
Then sauted cabbage baked until Golden brown and served.
