Cabbage meatballs with semolina
120 g cabbage
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. semolina
salt
Finely chop the cabbage, simmered it until soft with a little water.
Pour cabbage 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, with constant stirring, add the semolina, salt and cook for 5-7 minutes, let mixture cool slightly, molded from her cutlets, breaded in bread crumbs.
Then cabbage meatballs with semolina and fry in butter until Golden brown.
