Schnitzel cabbage
1 young head of cabbage
2-3 eggs
flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
breadcrumbs
mayonnaise or ketchup
Young cabbage with stalk cut into 6 pieces, put in salted water and boil for about 5 minutes until soft, dry.
Beat eggs, cabbage breaded in flour, then dip in the egg, breaded in bread crumbs.
Fry breaded pieces of cabbage in vegetable oil in a pan on both sides until golden brown.
Schnitzel served with cabbage with mayonnaise or ketchup.
