Wash the meat, dry it and cut across the grain. Each piece cover with cling film and beat with the flat side of a knife or a wooden mallet to a thickness of approximately 0.5 cm, salt and pepper. Beat eggs with cream, salt and 1 tsp. oil. Meat breaded, first in flour, then in eggs, and in the end - in the breadcrumbs.

Fry the chicken in a large number of heated oil until Golden brown and place on paper towel. Lemons cut into four pieces and serve with the steak, you want to sprinkle with lemon juice before eating.
