Veal cut into very thin strips or small pieces and paneer in flour. Mushrooms cut into thin slices. Thinly sliced onions passer in oil. Add to the pan the chopped meat, quickly fry it until Golden brown, stirring constantly. Then the meat from the pan shift into another bowl and into the pan with the onions, put a piece of butter, mushrooms and shallow-fried them. Then the mushrooms, sprinkle with salt and pepper, pour in wine and broth, and stew for 5 minutes, add the cream, lemon juice. Fried schnitzel connect with mushrooms, sauce and heat for another 5 minutes garnish offer boiled rice or noodles.
