Goulash with beef and mushrooms
600 g mushrooms
600 g pulp beef
1 glass heavy cream
0,5 glass dry white wine
1 sweet pepper
1 onions
? cube bouillon mushroom
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. wheat flour

1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. chopped herbs

Cut the bell pepper, onion and mushroom slices.
Meat cut into cubes, fry in butter, add onions, mushrooms and peppers, fry until Golden brown, stirring constantly, pour in 2 cups of water with cubes, simmer until cooked meat.
Dry flour without changing color, combine with butter, add cream and wine, pepper and salt, boil for 5-7 minutes
Pour the stew cooked sauce, bring to a boil.
Submit goulash with beef and mushrooms, sprinkled with finely chopped herbs.
