Goulash with beef and apples
500 g lean beef
400 g apples
1 onions
2 Art. l. tomato paste
2 Art. l. ghee
2 Art. l. sour cream
1 Art. l. wheat flour

Cut the beef into cubes or cubes, fry in butter, add water and simmer, covered with a lid.
Clear the apples and cut them slices and fry in oil, add the meat.
Tomato paste fry with onions, add to stew, pepper and salt and simmer until tender.
Fluid, resulting in fire, thicken with flour diluted with sour cream.
Post stew with beef and apples can be garnished with boiled potatoes.
