500 g beef or lean pork

400 g apples

1 onion

2 Art. l. fat

salt, ground pepper

tomato puree

2 Art. l. sour cream

1 Art. l. flour

Meat cut into cubes or cubes and fry in fat and place in the pan, pour the liquid and simmer, covered. Peeled and sliced apples fry in oil, add to stew. Optionally add fried tomato paste, onion, salt to taste. Simmer until cooked meat, liquid thickened with flour, sour cream diluted. Serve stew with boiled potatoes, salad.
