Goulash soup with beef Transcarpathian
600 g beef boneless
4-5 tubers potatoes
4 head onions
1 sweet pepper
1 tomato
cumin
lard
red pepper
noodles
garlic
salt
Peel and finely chop the onions, fat fry it until Browning, season with red pepper, add the beef, cut into medium-sized cubes, salt, cover and simmer until all of the evaporation of the liquid.
Garlic, peel and pass through the press and mix with cumin, add the meat, pour a small amount of water, stirring occasionally, put still 20-25 minutes on low heat, adding water if necessary (meat should not boil, and stew, so add water little by little).
Put the potatoes, cut into medium-sized cubes, simmer everything for another 15-20 minutes
