Method of preparation:
How to cook beef goulash. Cut into medium-sized meat, pepper and salt, stir and leave to marinate 15 min. 2st.l. Pour vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the meat until brown, drain the juice from the pan - it will provide the meat, then sprinkle the meat with flour, mix well. Chop finely julienned bell peppers, onions and carrots, garlic, chop, mix on 1st.l. butter and 2st.l. of vegetable oil fry the onion and garlic, put the rest of the vegetables, put all 5min and pour the meat juice, fused from the pan. Method of preparation:
How to cook beef goulash with sauce. By small pieces of chopped meat, fry in a pan with oil 5-7min and stir over high heat until browning. Chopped onion half rings 5min fry in another pan with 2st.l. vegetable oil, add flour, stir and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the onions to the meat, put the laurel, basil, adjika, peppercorn, salt, stir and pour water, add finely diced carrots, stir and extinguish every 40-50min over low heat, adding water if necessary.
