600 g beef broth

575 g meat

450 g tomatoes

150 g sour cream

25 g wheat flour

3 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 tbsp. paprika

Combine the paprika, mustard, salt and flour. In the mixture to coat the pieces of meat, then fry them on both sides in butter, cut into cubes.

Onions and peppers cut into rings, fry them in butter, combine with meat.

Tomatoes peel and cut into quarters, add them to the meat, pour in the broth, stir, simmer in the oven until tender.

Pour goulash with sour cream, bring to boil, garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
