Goulash with paprika
1 kg sweet pepper
1 glass cream
1 glass mushroom broth
3 onions
3 tbsp. butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. tomato paste
Cayenne pepper
salt
Finely chop the onion and fry it in butter, sweet pepper cut into rings, add to the onions, pepper and salt, add the mushroom broth, simmer for 15 minutes
Fry the tomato puree, cream and flour, add the pepper, simmer the stew until tender.
Before serving, sprinkle the stew with sweet peppers greens.
