Stew with tomatoes and peppers
1 kg potatoes
750 g pulp beef
250 g tomatoes
250 g sweet pepper
100 g melted lard
1 onions
? tbsp. salt
? tsp. marjoram
? tsp. red pepper
? tsp. black pepper

Slice the meat slices, potato cubes, and sweet pepper strips.
Finely chop the onion, fry it until Golden on the fat, pepper, red pepper, stir, add meat, fry, add the spices, salt, pour 2 cups of water and, stirring occasionally, simmer until soft meat.
Add the meat, sweet peppers, potatoes, simmer 10 minutes, add the chopped tomatoes, simmer the stew until tender.
Put the stew on a platter, pour the sauce formed while cooking, sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
