Stew "magic pot"
150 g pulp lamb or beef
100 g green beans
4 pen green onions
2 potato tuber
1 clove of garlic
1 carrot
1 eggplant
1 tomato
1 sweet pepper
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
parsley or dill
ground black pepper
salt
Diced potatoes and meat.
Carrots and eggplant and cut into circles.
Beans, tomatoes and bell peppers cut into small slices.
Chop green onions and finely chop the garlic.
Pour in a clay pot oil, put layers of meat first, then potatoes, then the onions, carrots, eggplant, peppers and beans.
Pour stew water so that it barely covered products, pepper and salt and simmer for 30-60 minutes in the oven until cooked.
Add to stew garlic, leave for 15 minutes, then apply stew "magic pot".
