Stew with beans and smoked sausage
100 g smoked sausages
60 g beans
50 g onions
30 pork fat
30 g sweet peppers marinated
10 g tomato puree
3 g garlic
red pepper
cumin seeds
marjoram
salt
Soak the beans in cold water overnight. Boil so that the beans do not seethe, add salt at the end of cooking.
Finely chop the onion and fry it in the oil.
Finely chopped smoked sausage, add the fried onions and beans, tomato puree, spices and a little broth from the beans, put out.
Marinated pepper and garlic finely and add to the stew at the end of cooking.
Garnish the stew with beans and smoked sausage can boiled potatoes.
