Beans and potatoes with grilled meat
1 glass beans
500 g Potato
piece of meat
2 onions
2 Art. l. sour cream
2 Art. l. tomato puree
2 Art. l. oils
Boil the meat slices. Pour oil into the pan, remove the pieces of meat and fry lightly. Broth (it should remain quite small, polstakanchika.
Cook the beans (to soak overnight), and separately boil the potatoes with the skin. Boiled potatoes peeled, cut into slices, fry and mix with beans. There also add meat, sour cream, chopped fried onion, tomato puree, salt and pepper, then stir again, pour the broth, cover the pan and put the stew in the oven or on a light fire for 15 minutes, the broth should evaporate completely.
