Soup with beans (2)
Ingredients:
5 glass water
250 g the flesh of pork
100 g beans
200 g sauerkraut
1 PCs carrots
1 PCs parsley root
1 onion - head
1 tbsp. tomato paste
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 glass sour cream
1/2 tsp. sugar
1-2 PCs Bay leaves
black pepper
salt
The beans soak in cold water for 2-3 hours. Meat along with beans, cover with water, bring to a boil; removing the foam, boil the broth on low heat for about an hour.
Carrots, parsley and finely chop the onion and fry in a tablespoon of oil. Cabbage stew with the remaining oil, tomato paste, sugar and 1/4 Cup water until soft.
Ready remove meat and cut into servings. The broth put the cabbage, roasted vegetables, pepper, Lavrova leaf, season with salt, cook the soup for another 5 minutes.
When submitting polojite in each plate butter, sour cream and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
